We all need Motivation

Motivation is the most important thing to master for one's success in anything that they do. Whether is to lose weight, be healthier, have better relationships or even save money/invest. Motivation is the reason and and habit forms we use to reach our goals. Personally, i feel everyone needs motivation and utilizing daily practice as well as following certain training can help facilitate our need to be better. I recently came across Brendon Burchard. He just released the "Motivation Manifesto-9 Declarations to claim your personal power" with a really awesome 12-week motivation course and free book. I strongly suggest that we all use some form of accountability to enhance our motivation and goal setting, as accountability is really the number key to achieve our goals and success.
