Having been a fitness and nutrition oriented person for most of my life. It has been a journey to go from bulky to lean and fit. It was not overnight process. After countless diets(low carb, to high carb, to low fat, to high fat) i have tried almost everything over the past 10 years. Even though a good workout training program and cardio activities were in place, i was missing the key in my nutrition. Genetics may be a factor for individuals, however that does not limit one to formulate their best version of them selves. During the summer of 2014, i miraculously came across the Renegade Diet. The idea behind the diet is based around intermittent fasting and the removal of process and mainly gluten from your diet. Even though gluten is mainly limited, it is okay to occasionally utilize cheat days to incorporate eliminated foods sparingly. The diet program is not only effective, it is a healthy approach in cleaning your digestive system. In doing so, one is able to balance out their adrenal and hormonal glands through the fat burning/muscle maintaining diet.  I strongly suggest you review and follow my lead when i say this book is life changing.
